Support services for trained main users

 

Our Service Desk is free of charge for our customers and serves as your primary point of contact for any questions or issues related to the use of our software. You can reach us by phone on weekdays from 9:00 to 12:00, and we respond to support requests on weekdays from 8:00 to 16:00. 

 

Training / Consulting

Remote training offers an efficient way to learn how to use our software. You can customize the training content in collaboration with a Lemonsoft expert to best meet your needs.

Once you book a session, you’ll receive an order confirmation and a Teams meeting invitation by email. Training is billed based on the actual time used, including preparation and post-training support. You can cancel your booking free of charge up to five business days before the training. After that, a 50% fee of the reserved time will apply.

If preferred, you can also arrange for an expert to visit your location for on-site training. The full-day rate, including travel expenses, is available in our price list.
